Kendrick Rizzo, Founder and CEO

Kendrick is the founder and CEO of OpsVision Solutions. He has 20 years experience working in the Information Technology field with 15 years focused specifically on high end consulting for the largest enterprise, telecommunications, financial institutions, and Federal Government clients. Mr. Rizzo participates as a member of the NVTC Executive Circle and collaborates with other technology executives to make recommendations to the NVTC board on how to improve the IT industry in NOVA.

He founded OpsVision Solutions in 2009 in order to bring a higher level of service to the consulting industry and to diversify the value to his clients. Kendrick oversees the executive team and is responsible for strategic planning and execution of the business.

Lesa Rizzo, Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO)

With OpsVision since its inception in 2009, Lesa is not only the Chief Human Resources Officer, but she also manages the Finance, Marketing, and Legal Departments. Her areas of responsibility include, staffing, education, training & development, employee relations, benefits, payroll, compliance and contracts, as well as overseeing (and often implementing) the initiatives of the Finance, Marketing, and Legal teams.

Lesa brings over 20 years experience in Human Resources, along with over 15 years experience with business start-ups. Additionally, her Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from The University of North Carolina at Wilmington, coupled with her Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification, give her the foundation required.
David Ishmael, Member of the Board (Honorary CTO)

Leveraging his technical and business acumen, David is responsible for identifying, researching and implementing solutions that merge both legacy and bleeding edge concepts. David is often seen as an instrument of change on projects for his forward leaning approaches to solving complex problems. Our customers rely on David's out-of-the-box thinking and attention to detail to solve problems and accomplish project goals.

David held several positions from senior consultant to director of Information Technology. David is a veteran of the United States Marine Corps where he focused on supporting the forward deployed units from Norfolk, Virginia to the Panama Canal as the Senior Network Engineer for the Information Systems Management Department in Camp Lejeune, NC.
